Are the prospects buyer or seller leads? 😊

Typically when we do a campaign, we do a general campaign that is geared towards buyers, but on average 30% of those leads will be sellers. When an inquiry comes in, we ask them immediately on the form if they are looking to buy or sell. We also give them the option to say "I'm Just Looking", as most people feel comfort stating that. You will see on the lead sheet in the last column as to that status.
